Thank you for your post. I wanted to ask if walking in the morning or evening is better?

Hi Abhigyan! If you walk in the morning, you have the benefit of getting your drainage, pathways open and help you detox during the day. If you walk after dinner, it also helps with digestion, so there is benefit in both.
