Hello again! Its been a while. I have been feeling like I have had so much on my plate that I needed to take a writing break. It happens, I know. But I have missed the connection to YOU!
In the past when my system has been feeling overwhelmed, I have not always listened to the urgent message coming from within to slow down and remove things from my plate. But this season, I did. I stopped doing things I did not really feel drawn to do. I tried to take more rest time, this was super challenging for me. And I reminded myself what actually makes me feel energized and excited in this life.
So when it was time to post a writing in the past month, and I had no idea what I wanted to say, instead of filling this page with fluff, I just hit the pause button. And why am I sharing this? Well, I actually felt like it was super hard to do. I felt like I wasn’t sticking to my own set schedule. I was letting people down. But this was all just in my head, stressing me out. So I have promised myself to pop on when I am feeling inspired.
I hope you are also taking it easy this new year. Stop doing things because you feel like you have to. Stay true to who you are, and how you want to feel!
